This is a permanent, full-time, onsite position based in our Richmond office.

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Perform front of house duties such as providing efficient customer services to clients and staff, managing mail, client data and meeting rooms.
- Support office operations including managing supply stocks and liaising with external suppliers / service providers.
- Administration tasks including database maintenance, document management, client invoicing and WIP management. Providing general administrative support to team members.

**Let’s talk about you**
- Experience in customer services, administration, or any front of house role is highly desirable.
- A genuine team player who has excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Highly skilled in prioritising and coordinating tasks. Previous experience using the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
