In this role you will provide an efficient and effective
administrative function and reception service to the Needs Assessment team located
in Richmond. You will primarily be responsible for processing referrals
and making sure they get to the right place, but you will also fulfil a range
of administrative duties.
This is a permanent
position working 64 hours a fortnight, Monday to Friday between the
hours of 8:00AM-4:30PM.
The full-time equivalent commencing salary for this position is $59,627 to $61,805.

If you have previous administration experience, a commitment to
providing quality service and an intermediate level of computer literacy to set
you up in this role. However, it will be your energy, enthusiasm and can-do
attitude that will set you apart. Familiarity with disability systems and
terminology would be an advantage as would experience of the health care sector
generally.
For the health and safety of staff and patients you are required to provide proof that
you have completed your primary course of NZ approved Covid-19 vaccinations.
