Topline Horticulture is kiwifruit contracting company based in Bay of Plenty. We offer
offers a full range of services that aim to optimise productivity and maximise returns
for our growers.
We have three supervisor positions based across Te Puke, Paenagroa and Pukehina
area.
This role involves being responsible for orchards “year-round” canopy work
operations under the guidance and supervision of an Orchard Manager.
As the nature of the job is quite physical, farm experience is necessary however, we
are willing to teach and upskill those who demonstrate enthusiasm, a great attitude
and passion to join our team.
You will also need:
? Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
? Excellent time management and organisational skills.
? A good level of physical fitness and enjoy working outdoors.
? Good initiative to work unsupervised at times.
? The ability to work flexible and sometimes long hours including weekends.
? A strong business-oriented focus
? The ability to adapt, be flexible and learn quickly
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Enthusiastic about customer service excellence and the contribution you can
make to the business
? Knowledge and at least 6 months practical experience in horticulture industry
is also vital for this role.
? Valid NZ drivers license or accepted international driver’s license.
We will provide at least 35 hours of work per week. The hourly rate offered for this
role is a minimum of $29.80 per hour, with ability to increase to $32 based on
knowledge/skills and experience.
