**To be successful for this role, you must**:

- A qualification in business/horticulture/agriculture OR a minimum of 1 work experience at a supervisory/managerial role.
- Be well organized with good time management.
- Be honest and enthusiastic with a positive and mature attitude.
- Be available to work on all weekends.
- Be available to work on public holidays (if required)

**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensure that required resources are available to execute work as per contracts and commitments.
- Plan and create work schedules for assigned orchards. Communicate with field/workforce supervisors regarding work schedules and delivery deadlines.
- Allocate work to supervisors/team leaders.
- Ensure that required equipment and tools are available for scheduled work.
- Ensure that all the orchard work is completed appropriately and on time. Sign off work completion.
- Ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Ensure that health and safety protocols, procedures and policies are appropriately implemented and complied with,
- Ensure that all orchards are well maintained.
- Maximise crop yield and quality.
- Communicate with growers, packhouses and other relevant stakeholders as required for completion of work.

**Other Details**:
Payrate - $31-33 per hour

Minimum Hours - 30 per week

Location of Work - Bay of Plenty Region

**Salary**: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour
