As the P+C Coordinator, you will support the operations of the wider team and be the first point of contact for our employees. It's an exciting role that will allow you to explore many areas of HR giving you lots of variety and opportunities for development.

In this role will be supporting our P+C Advisors and be involved in administration and employment documentation as well as onboarding, capability development, projects, reporting, analytics, and supporting the overall people and capability service delivery.

You will be an integral part of the team, and can look forward to soaking up the knowledge of our wider team, and finding an area that you are passionate about exploring.

You'll be a confident, resilient professional with the ability to influence outcomes. Our ideal person will have a strong desire to have a career in Human Resources with some administration experience and the ability to forge strong relationships and build credibility in a short period of time If you have recently graduated in HR or equivalent and looking for your first step into a professional environment, then this could be your role

You will also have:

- 1-2 years previous experience or are a recent Graduate with a passion for Human Resources
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and quality
- Quick learner and uses initiative
- Responsive and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Flexible and adaptable, with an enthusiasm for multi-tasking
- Solutions driven and tech savvy
- Confident and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
- HR systems experience is a plus
