The Customer Service and Triage team is the engine of our Regulatory Compliance Unit. We support customers and the wider team in triaging service requests while delivering exceptional and timely customer service. Without us, the wheels wouldn't turn

This team manages both administration and work allocation activities for our Animal Management, Compliance, Food Safety and Environmental Health teams. We are looking for an exceptional Team Leader superstar to establish this new team of nine and ensure that our Compliance Strategy is applied consistently.

As the Team Lead Customer Service and Triage you will provide direction, empower, motivate and develop your team in order to achieve team outputs and business goals. Also, you will be responsible for delivering specialised training and business analyst support for the Unit. Additionally, you will be responsible for the management of the delivery of technical support services for Alcohol Licensing, therefore you will need to have working knowledge of relevant regulatory legislations.

You will be someone who leads by example, is motivated by outcomes, and is a courageous leader ready to back your team. Ideally, you will have:

- At least 7 years of experience in a team leadership role, 3 of those being in senior leadership in a large organisation
- Demonstrated experience in developing and leading high performing teams
- Working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance legislation
- Strong customer service skills and abilities, especially in being escalation point for customers
