**What you’ll be doing**:
Demonstrate your expertise, passion and skills as you operate as part of a newly created fast paced New Access team focused at working on some of Chorus’ biggest strategic priorities. Reporting into the Head of New Access, the purpose of this role is to maximise short, medium and long-term revenue by optimising products within the portfolio for our current and future markets.

This role will be pivotal in shaping Chorus’ IoT portfolio and our growth aspirations in this space by ensuring our offering is fit for purpose in the context of the rapidly evolving IoT market. It will also be responsible in ensuring that Chorus continues to maintain its market share and price premium in the New Property market.

This will include conceptualising commercial and competitive strategies and working cross functionally to effectively execute on these strategies. To be successful in this role, you will be required to demonstrate extensive experience in managing and adapting existing product suites and taking new products to market.
- You will need to be able to lead virtual teams across Chorus to understand our customers’ needs and champion these across the business
- Ability to influence key internal stakeholders will be key, often across all levels of Chorus from frontline operational teams through to senior leadership teams.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Your background will include experience managing Product portfolios, Propositions, or Marketing roles.
- In addition, you will need a strong customer focus, strong collaboration skills, and have the ability to engage across the organisation to deliver outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience of leading immediate teams and cross functional agile teams
- Your knowledge of retail broadband provider’s businesses as well as an understanding of regulated environments will be advantageous
- As a natural storyteller you can effectively capture your audience and take them on the journey with you
- You possess well developed strategic thinking skills and confidently practice the art of developing long-term goals and then formulating an action plan toward reaching those goals
