This role is in downtown Auckland on the waterfront - although your view will be mainly watching our awesome trucks working hard to provide exceptional service to our customers

**This role will be providing administrative support to our newly appointed National Transport Manager as well as**:

- Compiling reports and document management such as logbook checks, Eroad maintenance data
- Filing of transport related dockets, driver run sheets and rostering
- Updating driver availability, timesheets, wages entry and leaver planner
- Ordering of PPE and uniforms as well as general site replenishments
- Provide support to our company and subcontractor fleet operations in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner
- Be keen to be involved in ad hoc projects or activities as required

**Some key things that will help you in this role**:

- You’ll be able to hit the ground running and learn new tasks and procedures with ease
- Show high level of attention to detail, be highly organised and share our passion of being customer-focused
- Ideally you will have strong database management skills specifically with data entry
- Experience with the Microsoft package such as word and excel would be an advantage
- Some experience with accounts payable is preferred
