**_The Opportunity;_**

We are recruiting for a Workshop Administrator to join Ritchies, at our Albany Depot on a full-time permanent basis. This role reports into the Workshop Manager and the Depot Manager.

You will oversee and undertake the day-to-day operation of the workshop administration tasks
- VMS being the primary system for workshop & maintenance operations. You will also be responsible for department purchasing, stock control (including stock takes), and booking in the fleet with external repairers/contractors as required.

We partner with regional councils and schools to supply public transport services as well as offering a range of bus and coach hire services to businesses and the general public. You would be joining us at an exciting time in Ritchies’ history as we gear up to decarbonise our fleet and move to a more sustainable public transport model.

**_ About You;_**

You’re an administrator that takes pride in their work. You're used to juggling multiple priorities and have great time management skills.

You've got a genuine interest in public transport and/or mechanics and can pick up the lingo with ease.

You’re a great team player and can communicate with a variety of people and groups in a manner that is concise and easy to understand. You take health and safety seriously and are an advocate for it’s importance.
