**The role**:

- Lead and scale our People & Culture team, ensuring they are equipped to achieve key business metrics.
- Define and deliver a clear people strategy that reflects and enhances our unique and special culture, aligning with the company's vision and mission.
- Manage and optimise HR processes, policies, and systems, ensuring compliance with global workforce laws and industry regulations while streamlining operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and guidance on organisational effectiveness, succession planning, and talent retention strategies.

**What are we looking for?**
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in NZ, AU, Canada and US.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams
- Commercial agility and proven ability to manage through change
- Proven ability to drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, and optimise key performance metrics
