**About the role**:
The Creative Content Team has been charged with the exciting and rewarding objective of providing learning resources for all NZMA courses. We have a rare opportunity for a resource writing superstar to be part of our journey. In this role, you will be
- Updating & developing engaging course material, and resources for all courses, including lesson plans, workbooks, assessments, online learning etc.
- Writing assessments, marking guides for modules and NZQA Unit Standards
- Developing innovative resources which embed technology and numeracy and literacy to complement our highly engaging teaching practice methods
- Having input into the review and analysis of feedback from stakeholders and making suggestions for change to the Faculty Resource Manager

Besides being a team player is who able to inspire our tutors and meet industry and student need, building rapport with a range of people comes easy to you. You will also have:

- Proven and demonstrable skills in designing learning materials that provide challenge and variety in the classroom
- A high level of interpersonal skills for collaborative research with staff, Subject Matter Experts, and stakeholders
- An appreciation of the NZ vocational environment and its diverse needs
