**Our Role**

We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications Lead to manage our Marketing and Communications function.

In this newly created role, you will have the chance to lead all aspects of Maycroft corporate communications, brand, marketing, sponsorships, and events from strategy development to implementation. You will have the opportunity to shape, influence and provide effective leadership to the marketing team.

We’re after a people leader who’s worked in corporate communications and marketing, with proven B2B corporate communications and brand marketing experience.

**What do we need you to have?**
- Proven experience developing and implementing the corporate communications, brand, marketing and events strategy aligned to the business strategy.
- Experience leading corporate comms and organisation reputation (including Annual reports, letters, briefings) and overseeing an overarching brand marketing strategy, plus website, content, social media, CRM, EDM/DM, print and events
- Experience briefing Media and working with PR, design, digital and event agencies
- Experience in managing production of bids and proposals (preferred)
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills, with well-developed interpersonal and management skills
- High degree of self-motivation, confidence, assertiveness and an ability to respond rapidly to changing situations.
