**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Sales and Marketing Officer at TJ Katsu, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include:
**Developing and executing marketing strategies**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

**Sales and business development**: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential areas for growth. Actively engage in sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive sales revenue.

**Market research and analysis**: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors. Analyse data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product development and market expansion.

**Brand management**: Ensure brand consistency and enhance brand image through various channels, including social media, advertising, and customer engagement. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials align with the companys brand strategy.

**Customer relationship management**: Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Respond to customer queries and feedback, addressing any concerns promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Monitoring and reporting**: Track and analyse sales and marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Generate reports and provide recommendations for improvement to the management team.

**Job Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Event Management or a related or
- At least one year of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines.
