Our Sector Digital Channels team are working to expand and improve the digital health landscape in Aotearoa. We are the digital transformation partners enabling modern technology solutions that improve the people and whānau experience through equitable access to varying models of care.
We are the change agent for national programmes and work with our customers and partners to enable equitable access through both digital self-service and assisted channels and to reduce pressure on the workforce through automation and integration. We are product focused and leverage modern platforms, technologies and ways of working to deliver quality, sustainable and cost-effective products and services.

**Mōu | About you**
As a Senior CRM Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enforce Salesforce platform standards, ensuring security, performance, and governance across our complex and strategic 7 Salesforce Orgs. You'll be analysing, configuring, troubleshooting, testing and maintaining our Salesforce environments and provide guidance and mentorship to the other administrators in the team.
Leveraging your broad and deep expertise and experience of the Salesforce platform functionalities and platform best practice, you'll be solving complex issues and recommend innovative solutions to challenges. Your proficiency in Salesforce administration, data management, and providing day-to-day business support is critical for maintaining the smooth operation of our multi-org landscape.
Operating within a 24x7 services organization with a presence in most communities across New Zealand, you'll support nationwide products and services and multiple business critical products and services on the Salesforce platform. As we continue to evolve, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our Salesforce platform standards and practice remains aligned with our strategic objectives.
You'll actively identify and create opportunities to strengthen teamwork, driving conversations within the team and with cross-functional stakeholders. Your remarkable stakeholder management skills make building and nurturing positive relationships a breeze. You're all about collaboration and excel at working hand-in-hand with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to tackle tasks with efficiency and enthusiasm.
You'll excel in this role by actively driving conversations, contributing to the technical vision, and clearly communicating platform best practices and standards across our stakeholder groups.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years Salesforce CRM administrator experience, ideally in a large and complex organisation
- Expert on the Salesforce platform.
- Basics in JavaScript and HTML.
- Expert in Salesforce flows.
- Expert in Omnistudio and LWC.
- Good Understanding of Apex, Git source repository, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps and Salesforce DX and automation tools
- Good knowledge of Salesforce deployments and Metadata API, various Salesforce deployment methods.
- Expert in Salesforce reporting.
- Expert in Data management tools for the Salesforce platform, e.g., Dataloader, etc.
- Expert understanding of Salesforce licensing, user administration and permissions model.
- Experience working in an Agile methodology (e.g., Scrum)
- Good Understanding of APIs (SOAP/REST/GraphQL/Composite) and how to integrate with Salesforce, using low code mechanisms, e.g., Outbound messages, External Services, Salesforce Connect, etc.
- Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Knowledge of the Health Sector and Government is preferred but not essential.
