- Be the first point of contact for the Council
- Support the community with a wide variety of queries including rates bill queries, booking swimming lessons and arranging contractors to remove graffiti
- Have a Customer Service background
- Experience with multiple technology platforms
- Customer-focused, able to think on their feet, have a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

**_ Additional Recruitment Information:_**
- Part of the recruitment process will include an assessment centre, currently scheduled for _**_Thursday 14_**_th_**_ September_**
- Our Customer Service Representatives operate on a rotating shift Roster. Some occasional evening and weekend work is expected, although the majority of shifts will fall during normal business hours._

**_ Hours of work:_**_ We have a number of permanent positions available. Options are:_
- _ Full-time: 37.5 - 40 hours (5 x 7.5 - 8 hour days)_
- _ Full-time: 40 hours (4 x 10 hour days)_
- The positions advertised will be rostered shifts with the earliest start time being 5.00am and the latest finish time being 10.30pm._

**_ Location:_**_ Initially roles will be based at Te Hononga Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street, however after a period of time, some shifts may be allocated at other Council facilities._
