**About the role**
We are looking for a Bottleswap and Sales Coordinator to join our busy Hamilton office. This role will provide day-to-day administration and systems support to our OnGas sales team. In addition, you will provide backup to our Operations Coordinator to support our bulk, reticulated networks and service providers.

Other key areas of responsibility include:

- Debt management
- adhoc administration support, including to the wider Sales Team.
- Raise PO’s and invoices in SAP, ensuring customers are billed correctly and they are processed for payment within specified deadlines
- Extracting raw data from our bespoke systems, SAP and reconcile these, providing performance reports and insights

Having a natural ability to prioritise and organise, along with exceptional excel skills will be key to your success in this role.
