Sales Specialist – Winger Motors Cambridge Pop-Up (MG & Suzuki)

Be the face of MG and Suzuki in Cambridge

Winger Motors is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Specialist to take charge of our Cambridge Pop-Up location, representing the popular MG and Suzuki brands.

This is a sole-charge position — perfect for a confident, self-driven salesperson who thrives on independence, customer engagement, and taking full ownership of their results. You'll be the key point of contact for all sales enquiries in Cambridge, backed by the full support of the wider Winger Motors network.

With access to 300+ quality used vehicles and 15 leading automotive brands, you'll have every tool you need to deliver exceptional results.


About the Role

This is a full-time position (5.5 days per week) based at our Cambridge pop-up dealership.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all customer sales enquiries and test drives for MG and Suzuki vehicles.
  • Selling both new and pre-owned vehicles from our group-wide stock.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
  • Coordinating vehicle deliveries, trade-ins, and aftersales follow-up.
  • Maintaining yard presentation and daily operations independently.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven automotive sales experience (new or used).
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A passion for cars and helping people find their perfect vehicle.
  • A full, clean NZ driver's licence.
