**The Opportunity**

We have an opportunity for an energetic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced Animal Management team. Supporting both our Sales and Marketing teams, you'll have a wide range of coordination and administrative duties. Your role will be key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Sales team, while also providing high quality support to our Marketing team, you will need to be flexible to adapt and shift priorities quickly.

**As Part of #TeamGallagher you will**
- Coordinate calendars and meetings, manage travel arrangements and company expenses and undertake any other department administrative functions
- Manage queries from Territory Managers and assist team with literature requirements such as presentations and sales aides as needed
- Create and manage monthly internal EDM communication to the Animal Management NZ team
- Create event and promotional campaigns within SAP CRM & Sitecore, report on results once events have concluded
- Manage brochure and print material updates
- Assist in planning and coordination of events, both large scale, such as National Fieldays, and in-house events, such as dealer training days

**To be successful in this role you will need**
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator or a similar role
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, comfortable communicating at all levels of the business and with external high-profile partners
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in event planning and coordination is desirable
