**What will you do?**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our sales team at our Linda Jones and brand-new Cambridge Retirement Village in Hamilton. You will provide support to the Sales Advisor with administrative tasks such as:

- Hosting potential residents and sharing knowledge about life in a Ryman village
- Answering queries and coordinating appointments
- General Administration to support the Sales Advisor
- Willing to assist on open days including showing prospects through the village

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday between our Linda Jones Retirement Village and our brand new Cambridge site both located in Hamilton.

- You are passionate, energetic with a 'can-do' attitude driven to provide the best experience for our potential residents and their families
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Affinity with elderly and great relationship building skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, ability to embrace new technology and use a customer database management system (full training will be provided)
