Based in the heart of Wellington CBD, this impactful government agency has a great reputation for delivering high quality services efficiently. With a strong vision for the future of New Zealand, this fast paced organisation is currently experiencing an increased workload. They are therefore looking for a Personal Assistant who can provide support to Senior Managers across the business.

**Your new role**

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Arranging meetings and taking minutes
- Diary and inbox management
- Providing professional and discreet telephone and face-to-face conversations
- Maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Maintaining awareness of financial systems

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role you will be a pro-active leader who can use their initiative to complete tasks quickly and independently. You will also have:

- Proven personal assistant experience preferred
- Strong people and organisational skills
- Confidence in relationship management and building relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for making a difference
