**About you**
You will be an experienced Senior Team Administrator or Personal Assistant with proven record of executive/personal support. To be successful in this role you will bring:
- A proven use of initiative skills and experience in planning, prioritising and working under pressure
- Discreet and tactful when dealing with confidential, commercially sensitive and personal work-related information
- Set high standards including accuracy, attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Continuous improvement ethos, experience looking for and implementing business process improvement
- Collaborative team skills and is skilled at fostering and building relationships
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to learn an understanding of Te Ao Māori and tikanga. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
