We’re looking for an experienced manager, ready to take on their next challenge. This position manages our Tauranga branch as well as overseeing our Hawkes Bay branches and warehouse. Wearing many hats, you will be driving a range of service lines including sales, insurance, commercial, administration and operations. Responsible for leading and motivating your teams, you will action the performance of our brand in the area and our reputation in the market.

We’re constantly developing new product and marketing strategies to keep us ahead of the game and in line with the latest industry trends and technology.

With a sound operational acumen, you will develop ways to make the branches more efficient, supported and successful. We are looking for someone who is excited to take ownership of these stores and be proud of the results they achieve and the targets they smash.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership in sales activities and help the sales team to achieve their objectives and targets
- Oversee operations, ensuring installation projects are coordinated and inventory and stock is managed efficiently
- Lead by example and champion excellent Health and Safety compliance
- Monitor and manage operating costs and sales targets, ensuring budget for the financial year is met
- Provide updated sales reports to your Regional Manager
- Responsibility for overall P/L and EBITDA
- Monitor and manage operational costs, targets and budgets
- Work autonomously between stores
- Leading and inspiring store team to meet and exceed commercial goals
- Create a strong learning and development culture through ongoing and continuous opportunistic coaching, mentoring and support for employee
- Build commercial sales, this will involve commercial work including communicating with builders
