We're seeking an outstanding Operations Manager to ensure a highly efficient, effective and well organised regional depot is maintained at all times. Based at our Napier site, you will provide support and guidance to the team, be able to identify efficiencies and improvements, and take ownership of people development. This is a Monday to Friday role with a company vehicle.

**Your days will involve**:

- Load Planning, to maximize loadings and optimize productivity
- Dispatch/Stores and Driver management
- Monitoring the use and maintenance of fleet within your area
- Monthly summary reporting around KPI's against business targets
- Leading safety and ensure safety awareness within your team
- People management and development
- Site Management
