**Our Opportunity**:
**Reporting to the GM Sales, you will be**:

- Responsible for the planning and execution of Fisher & Paykel and Haier retail strategy for key accounts, ensuring alignment with global imperatives and growth aspirations
- Manage and cultivate existing key account relationships to leverage growth opportunities
- Ensure strategic plans for key accounts include annual sale targets, product placement, marketing and promotional programmes
- Ensure the strategic plan is translated into executable actions that deliver to the strategy, resulting in increased product market share and profitable growth
- Provide proactive support for all our key accounts, e.g. product training, to drive product sales
- Provide regular reporting updates to the GM Sales, identifying key insights and providing new and innovative solutions that stand out from our competitors
- Ensure a seamless, brand aligned representation of Fisher & Paykel and Haier brand value propositions is applied to all key accounts
- Ensure Fisher & Paykel's merchandising and brand representation is achieved instore
- Strong advocate for all retail training to be aligned to Sales Training program
- Ensures all activities of the key account business is performed in compliance with legislation
- Monitors daily sales performance metrics, and reporting to maximise sell through, revenue and margin

- You will have a proven track record increasing sales and margins with key retail accounts, appliance experience favourable.
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into aligned plans driving great results for all involved
- Strong negotiating skills with the ability to influence internally and externally at all levels
- Ability to communicate intent clearly - can receive and give constructive feedback to provide the best solutions for our customers
- Ability to present and facilitate and lead training sessions with retail teams
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Passionate about our brand with a result driven mindset
- You are available for monthly regional travel
