**About the role**:
As the- Foster, promote and support good relationships with existing Schindler customers in line with Schindler Values and develop new customers-
- Assist the Northern Region Manager in setting and achieving Renovation and Repair sales budgets-
- Monitor Renovation and Repair sales against budget and highlight variances on a monthly basis-
- Monitor the market, existing customer base and identify and follow up on sales opportunities. Employ a variety of market intelligence and tools to identify sales opportunities**What we are looking for**:
- Technical Experience ideally in the elevator industry or in industrial, construction or engineering industries, minimum of 2 years-
- Communication/Presentation/Interpersonal skills-
- Customer focus-
- Experience in SAP or similar and Microsoft Office suite-
- Have appropriate NZ work visa, residency or citizenship, and currently is in New Zealand**What's in it for you**:
