**The role**:
As a Host you will provide a dedicated service to our VIP members across various membership tiers.

Day to day, you will be welcoming our VIP members, getting to know them by building valuable relationships and checking they have all they need to enjoy their time with us, while ensuring a safe gaming environment. You'll be arranging accommodation, booking travel, and transport, making restaurant reservations, assisting with marketing promotions and even hosting at VIP events

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication skills and the confidence to initiate conversations with our customers, to efficiently handle customer requests and to quickly gain rapport. You will be able to identify, diffuse or escalate incidents and have demonstrated problem solving skills.

**You**:
You will be in your element striking up conversations and building relationships with customers, you'll enjoy a polished and professional style. You'll be a natural at organising, prioritising and multi-tasking and all whilst offering top notch customer service - it just comes naturally to you.
