As a group payroll manager who enjoys complexity, look no further Our multinational, multi-jurisdiction payrolls will present variety and scope. Add in the internal and inter-company variables and you can be assured it’s not a routine payroll environment.

You will be key to the implementation of Beca’s new payroll system where you will have the opportunity to share your expertise while continually building on your own experience, including supporting the imminent technology change. This is an exciting time for the team and the business.

**About You - Te Rongoāto**

You’ll be experienced in significant-sized end-to-end payroll delivery - if you have experience with multi-jurisdictional payrolls (especially Australia and the Pacific) even better You’re curious and enthusiastic to proactively upskill, remaining current and sharing knowledge in employment-related policy and regulations. You thrive on the value you and your team will contribute to our people, ensuring timelines are met and accuracy is assured.
- Manage and lead the day to day operations of the Payroll function
- Supervise the preparation and analysis of monthly Payroll Reconciliations
- Demonstrate leadership and coaching skills to inspire and motivate payroll staff to achieve organisational objectives
- Work with the Finance team and motivate to encourage innovative thinking, develop new ideas/approaches and promote “One Beca”
- Manage legislative changes, ensuring adherence to compliance factors that impact on the successful execution of Payroll operations
- Creativity in your thinking, developing solutions that connect stakeholders and build relationships
- High levels of energy and determination even during times of setbacks
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet multiple, changing and challenging deadlines
- Understanding the agile work process is an advantage
- The ability to adapt to change in a professional manner - with a great sense of humour
