**Location**: Qality Bakers Auckland
**Role**: Dispatch Supervisor

**Shift**:
**Sunday 7.00am - 7.15pm**

**Monday 7.00am - 7.15pm**

**Tuesday 7.00am - 7.15pm**

**Wednesday 7.00am - 2.15pm**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Lead and mentor a team of dispatch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Dispatch, warehousing or logistics
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of production processes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 43 per week
