Warehouse Storeman

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and receipt incoming airfreight manifests, ensuring all documentation is accurate
• Manage manifests and consignments (90% of the role) and coordinate outgoing deliveries
• Communicate with customers professionally via phone and email
• Pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently
• Handle inwards/outwards goods and assist with truck loading/unloading
• Support devanning operations (approx. 10% of the role)
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Warehouse or 3PL/freight forwarding experience (essential)
• Skilled operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts (single deep)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, physically fit, and safety-focused
• Team player with initiative and a can-do attitude

Desirable (not essential):

• MPI AP Accreditation (current or expired)
• Familiarity with manual manifest/paper-based systems

Requirements:

• Full NZ Driver's Licence
• Must pass a drug test
• Solid reference from a supervisor/manager
