The Fat Duck Restaurant is a vibrant, dynamicGastropub located in Te Anau on the edge of the stunning Fiordland National Park, with world class outdoor activities on the doorstep. We are a skip hop and a jump from Queenstown and from Invercargill, the gateway to the Caitlins.
We have an opening for afull time Restaurant Manager, with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality that also understands how important the team is. Team Culture is everything, so our Restaurant Manager has to have a strong focus on this. Previous experience in Hospitality in a leadership position is essential.
We are open 5 days a week Wednesday & Thursday for dinner and Friday to Sunday lunch and dinner. With these operational days and hours you will get security of hours, while still leaving you time to explore the Fiordland playground as we are firm believers of a healthy work-life balance.

- Manage Wage costs and Roster according to a budget
- Motivate the team to work towards sales targets
- Monitor and develop systems for the day to day running of the business
- Is prepared to grow and learn with the business
