- 12 months contract - Wellington and remote

**Your new role**

Our client needs two ServiceNow administrators to build and configure the ServiceNow platform, tailored to their needs. You will work with stakeholders within the business to understand what the process is at the moment, what it should be going forward and then configure the system around this. The role is primarily technical, but there is a need to liaise with users / management in the business.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Very good knowledge in building an IT Service Management function with ServiceNow
- Understanding of ITIL Methodology
- A ServiceNow Administrator certificate would be nice to have
