**The Role**:
As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant you will handle the technical implementation of solutions per best practices and standards. You will lead and participate in design sessions attend definition meetings and assist in the creation of design documents and technical user stories.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

- 3+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments implementations and / or integrations
- Experienced in building and supporting all ServiceNow modules for customers
- ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum) required
- ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - required
- CIS in one or more these modules: ITSM ITAM CSM HRSD ITOM SPM SecOps GRC IRM
- ServiceNow - Certified Application Developer is desired
- Experience with database design schemas and data modelling
- Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST desired
- Experienced with JavaScript Bootstrap React Angular or Node.js
- Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients
- Strong interpersonal skills customer-serving attitude and appreciation for cultural diversity
- Proven team player
- ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)
- Computer Science or Engineering degree or an equivalent preferred
- Implementation experience across a combination of ServiceNow modules: ITSM ITAM CSM HRSD ITOM SPM SecOps IRM FSM.
