My client is a leading government-based organisation within the electricity and utilities sector. They are currently on the lookout for a ServiceNow Technical Lead to join their Service Delivery Platform project.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the technical delivery, design integrity, and platform evolution of ServiceNow application. You will,

  • Lead the technical direction and delivery of the ServiceNow platform, from its foundational phase through ongoing enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Architect to ensure all designs, configurations and integrations align with enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams, implementation partners and platform stakeholders.
  • Oversee environment setup, integrations, data migration and technical configurations to support platform stability and scalability.

Core Platform knowledge on the below,

  • ServiceNow (core platform architecture, administration and development)
  • ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Server configuration
  • ServiceNow Field Services Management

Integration & Automation experience on the below,

  • M365 (i.e, SharePoint, Teams and Exchange) and Azure (EntraID)
  • REST and SOAP APIs
  • Message broker integration, including Kafka

Development & Configuration experience on the below,

  • ServiceNow App Engine Studio, Scoped Apps, UI Builder
  • JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal
  • Configuration management and platform scripting
