We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to continue to advance their career within People and Culture. You will have had some hands-on experience with employment relations, basic change management and generalist non-complex HR advisory work and eager to learn more whilst continuing to practice your skills. You will work alongside other People Consultants and the wider Business Partnering team to provide operational HR support across Kiwibank in all these areas, as well as providing support for other HR projects including performance, talent and remuneration reviews.

You will have a passion for providing good customer service and a keen interest in supporting the development, performance and growth of our people.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

- Proven experience in HR Advisory
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels of across the business
- Confident relationship management skills with the ability to quickly build trust and maintain positive effective and collaborative relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong ability to analyse information and take a logical approach to problem solving
- Tertiary qualification, preferably in HR or similar discipline
- Passionate about working with people and committed to fostering a supportive work environment
