- Work with the leadership team to form a deep understanding of customer problems and potential solutions.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, achieving agreed product initiatives from the roadmap.
- Articulate ideas and findings into specifications, user stories, and tickets.
- Work closely with the development team on spring planning, refinements, showcases, and retrospectives
- Work alongside the other Product Owners to constantly improve our ways of working, practices and tools.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a product owner or business analyst role.
- Banking and or finance experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to engage stakeholders and understand business objectives.
- A passion for customers and the ability to represent the voice of customers.
- Ability to turn technical language into business language and vice versa.
- Understanding of agile methodologies.
- JIRA and Confluence experience.
- Agile certification or Product Owner certification is a bonus.
