A leading New Zealand enterprise is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Product Owner to join their team on a contract basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a full suite Salesforce Implementation Programme, working closely with the Senior Delivery Lead to ensure the solution meets business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Senior Delivery Lead to drive successful delivery of the Salesforce solution
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure business requirements are met as per scope
  • Leverage Salesforce expertise to optimise the platform and enhance user experience
  • Mentor a junior PO/BA into the post‑implementation Product Owner role

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner with a track record of successful implementations
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce functionality and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong product ownership skills with a delivery focus, coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies with adaptability to changing priorities
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, bridging the gap between business and IT
