**About the role**
Due to promotion, our Auckland requires another star This is a key support role in our business and for our clients. Based on our busy Reception desk and working alongside our other Reception star. You will be responsible for answering the phones, meeting and greeting clients, coordinating meeting rooms, organising catering and other administrative functions as required. You will also assist other service line teams with word processing, filing and other ad hoc tasks.

We are seeking someone professionally presented with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a smile. You bring the initiative, and we will deliver the training Previous office and/or corporate experience will get you ahead of the rest for this position. The hours of the role are Monday - Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm.

- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Superb organisational and time management - can be demonstrated from non-office related roles
- Client focused with a professional approach to dealing with people internally and externally
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
