Experienced Receptionist/Administrator required for a Chartered Accountancy practice in Blockhouse Bay.

**Job Specification**:

- Reception and office administrative duties
- processing client invoices
- Managing Payroll for clients
- Managing Monthly Annual return filing
- Adhoc accounting and bookkeeping task
- Filing
- A/P and bank Reconciliation

**Minimum requirements**:

- Must hold, or be working towards a qualification in Accounting
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
- Must know how to do payroll in Xero or any other payroll software
- Excellent English both verbal and written
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to navigate Xero i.e. preparing manual journals, assisting accountants with Cash coding

We will be really interested to hear from you if you had some prior work experience in an accountancy firm.

Please note that only permanent residents and NZ citizens will be considered for this role.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $21.20 - $24.99 per hour

- Flexible hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blockhouse Bay, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
