- To deliver service design tools and techniques and work alongside partners to design and scale projects and initiatives that are human centred and fit for the business
- The ability to identify creative solutions to challenging problems and situations
- To identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements in services
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams to explore creative design solutions
