The Gambling Group ensures that gambling in New Zealand is run by trusted operators, that harm to gamblers is minimised and that New Zealand communities benefit from the proceeds of gambling.
We regulate across multiple modes of gambling including casinos and classes 1-4, and undertake gambling licensing, compliance and enforcement functions in order to achieve the purposes of the Gambling Act 2003.

**About the Role**:
The Gambling Group are embarking on a programme of work to reinvigorate their operational and compliance processes and guidance and we are on the lookout for a Senior Service Designer.
Working closely with the Senior Business Analyst, you will support the work to identify of gap and opportunities working towards the development of products, solutions and interventions that will encourage proactive compliance. You will be known for your craft and your collaborative working style will enable you to work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, to test and understand business and end user needs, and to take them on the journey and deliver improvements and enhancements with a user centric lens. Your role will see you facilitating co-design workshops and planning and delivering a human-centred design approach to our solutions, products, and interventions. Your service design capability will be complemented with your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as your role will be required to socialise and implement these solutions with internal and external stakeholders.

**You will have previous experience**:

- Identifying and leading to service and end user experience improvement and development initiatives
- Delivering evidence-based service design - to inform decision-making and make sure services are designed and developed around the needs of people who use them
- effectively communicate and discuss solutions and options with key stakeholders
- UX and UI design for digital and non-digital platforms
