Service Designer

We are looking to Create a Future for a Service Designer. In this role you will be creating user centered services for a government agency to meet regulatory standards. In this role, you will:

  • Design end to end service experiences that align with government policies and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and technical teams to deliver accessible, inclusive solutions.
  • Use research to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service design within government or regulated environments.
  • Strong skills in user research, journey mapping, and prototyping.
  • Ability to balance innovation with legislative and policy constraints.

The role will be primarily office based with a bit of flexibility. All applicants will need to have rights to work in NZ and be Wellington based.
