**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
This role will be instrumental in providing people leaders and employees with generalist HR advice and support. You will work alongside our C&P Partners to deliver effective strategies as well as seamless processes to deliver NZME’s organisational objectives.

You will know how to build trusted relationships across the business and be able to coach managers to enable them to effectively lead their teams, including hosting training sessions. Rolling up your sleeves and contributing across the team with contract administration, recruitment and other key processes and people initiatives is vital for team success. A genuine enthusiasm for fostering a team-based, positive culture is also a must. Some experience in learning and ideally learning management systems would be an advantage.

**ABOUT YOU**:
You’ll have good experience as an HR Coordinator and be ready to step up or you’ll already be an Advisor, with some experience with employment relations, change management and implementing programmes to drive employee performance. Solid working knowledge of HR procedures along with experience of NZ HR related legislation, including Employment Law is essential.

You’ll be amazing when it comes to detail, have high-level interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people, and be adept at coaching and communicating for results. But most importantly you’re a natural people person, with a can-do attitude, always willing to muck in to get the job done.
