We are seeking someone collaborative and organised to join our Service Delivery team in the role of Regional Support on a full time permanent basis.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our service delivery. We’ve created this new role to provide administration support to our Regional Operations Managers and their leadership teams. You will be a vital part of the team, with a strong focus on ensuring that both Managers are able to perform to the highest level alongside supporting them in their day-to-day activities**. **Having your support will allow them to utilise their time well and have access to all the relevant information needed well in advance.

Your key tasks will include but are not limited to providing administrative support to the regional leadership teams, diary and event management, the collation of reports and information, supporting the implementation of projects and acting as a point of contact for all communications directed specifically to the regional leadership teams.

You will be self-motivated, flexible and organised with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside your ability to problem solve, customer service skills and attention to detail will ensure you thrive in the role.

You will also be/have:

- Experience in a Personal/Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Experience in administration (essential).
- Able to provide proactive support and have the initiative to take responsibility, work efficiently and get things done
- Able to handle confidential or time sensitive information discreetly and act with integrity.
