**Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity
- Operations Performance Manager**

Auckland Transport specifies and contracts bus, ferry, on demand, ride share and total mobility services. This leadership role assists with the management and provision of these services.

This role supports in facilitating service change management, contract and fleet compliance and performance improvement initiatives.

This position will lead, motivate and empower a team to achieve consistency of key performance indicators (KPIs) measurement and processing, including patronage (customers), health and safety, service quality and on-time performance.

**Key Tasks include**:

- Leading and engaging the team, ensuring the effective management of the team by providing feedback and coaching, discussing personal development plans and opportunities for growth.
- Building and maintaining relationships with business partners and relevant executives and stakeholders.
- Providing information, analysis, reporting and support to relevant stakeholders, across all modes.
- Ensuring that AT's long-term public transport strategy and AT Metro's delivery objectives achieve delivery outcomes through our partnerships with operators.
- Working with the relevant stakeholders to review revenue available and service costs to plan improvements to the Network across modes.
- Working collaboratively within AT to clarify long term objectives for PT operators, current requirements and any performance issues.

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
- Tertiary qualification in commerce, business administration or related discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
- Experience in the transport industry
- Desirable :Project Management eg PRINCE2
- 10 years' experience in a Public Transport (or similar) analytics or delivery role
- Managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- People management experience
