**The role**:
Based in Onehunga, you will own and drive our wholesale (HVAC Hero) division. Delivering solutions from our customers while driving strategic growth through new and enhanced channels to market such as e-commerce platforms and national coverage.

You will be supported with strategic direction from our GM Wholesale, Warehouse and Manufacturing and have ownership of delivering strategy, inventory, stock management, financial management and customer management.

In this dynamic and fast paced role, you will draw from your background in wholesale or trade to showcase your proactive eye for detail, identifying opportunities to enhance our processes and solve problems as they arise.

Key aspects include stock management from both our manufacturing team and external suppliers, customer and account management including tenders, marketing opportunities (supported by our national marketing team) and sales strategies.

As this is a newly created position, we are looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can swiftly take charge across the full gambit of the wholesale division. You will have a collaborative approach to ensure things get done quickly and efficiently, whilst maintaining a safe work environment.

You will be successful if you have strong sales skills and proven experience with lead creation, developing strong business relationships with customers, negotiation and delivering profitable sales growth. Exceptional communication skills, problem solving and being self-motivated will come naturally to you, along with a desire to learn, grow with the business and develop your career.
