**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for a New Zealand Digital Adoption Lead to drive the adoption of digital processes, systems, solutions and system products across New Zealand. This includes promoting digital best practices, tools, and methodologies and fostering a culture of innovation. The role will identify opportunities for Mott MacDonald to provide our digital tools and solutions to both internal and external clients to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, add value and improve user experience. This role is to be based in our Auckland office.
The role will be measured by collaborating with digital team members throughout New Zealand and globally, to help them adopt best practice digital solutions and system products that enable our digital service offering in an efficient and effective way.
This role will see you supporting the implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy, identifying key opportunities where digital can improve outcomes. Engaging with key business stakeholders including sector and bid leads, practices and digital delivery personnel to drive awareness of APNA Digital Services and Mott MacDonald’s digital service offerings for project delivery
The role includes creation of use cases, providing presentation and solution showcases, contributing to bids and proposals from a technical and commercial perspective, and liaising with specialist digital teams tasked with delivering solutions.
**About You**
You will have a proven track record of supporting the adoption of digital tools and technology, working with stakeholders to leverage digital to improve outcomes.
We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating to deliver outcomes.
You also may have:
- Knowledge and experience with AI tools and platforms, and the adoption of AI technologies.
- A degree in domain or digital related to the sectors that Mott MacDonald operate in.
- Strong understanding of digital processes, systems, and their optimisation in a business context.
- Proven experience in a digital adoption role, preferably in a technology or business development environment.
- Track record of influencing positively, at level and across an organisation.
- Strategy and management consulting experience desirable
