Our Auckland Civil Structures team specialise in the design, assessment and asset management of bridges and civil structures from ports, cut & cover tunnels to airport works and rail. We are looking for a Senior Bridge Engineer to join our trusted and motivated team who are dedicated to developing and sharing technical innovation to push boundaries and continually challenge and overcome conventions and constraints. As our team grows, we are looking for people to join the culture that holds us all accountable for prioritising enjoyment at work, working together, and enabling each other’s growth and success across the group. Each day will provide challenges and opportunities, overall you can expect to provide technical design advice for structural, geotechnical and multi-disciplinary projects and participate in and lead, design teams for Civil Structures and multidisciplinary projects.
**About you**
You will be passionate about client leadership and better delivery. You will be chartered (or on your way to chartership) Structural Engineer with proven technical ability in design, inspection, and assessment of civil structures. Your design experience has been gained on infrastructure and multidisciplinary projects, including seismic design and analysis. You will have the ability to work with and influence a wide group of people across all levels of organisations and be someone who embraces challenges, promotes innovation and leads with a mindset of continual improvement.
