Assistant Butchery Manager - Full-Time Opportunity

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic leader to support our busy Butchery and Seafood Department. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, where no two days are the same. You’ll help lead a high-performing team, implement positive change, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For

- A friendly, approachable personality
- Availability to work early mornings and at least one weekend day
- Reliability and strong multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Solid understanding of food safety practices
- Experience in butchery and seafood handling (preferred)
- SAP system experience (preferred)
- Previous management or supervisory experience
