You will work with a dedicated and experienced team to support individual sites to large enterprise-grade multi-site systems nationwide across a wide range of video management, access control, intrusion detection, and physical security technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support Video Management Systems (VMS) such as:

  • Genetec Security Center
  • Milestone XProtect
  • Network Optix (NX Witness)
  • Axis Camera Station

Design, configure, and maintain Access Control Systems, including:

  • Genetec Synergis IX
  • Inner Range (Integriti / Inception)
  • Salto
  • HID

Conduct site assessments with our pre-sales team and provide designs, bill of materials and other documentation for new security leads.

Perform system upgrades, health checks, and troubleshooting across all clients.

Configure hardware including IP cameras, intercoms, biometric devices, controllers, alarm panels, IoT Devices and servers.

Develop and maintain documentation: System designs, As Built's, training materials and other related documentation.

Work closely with our internal divisions Network and Cyber, Projects and Operations, Sales and Marketing, along with our vendors and partners to deliver robust, secure and reliable, security systems projects.

Support incident responses and investigations, minimising system downtime for our clients.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong technical capability, excellent communication skills, and proven experience working with modern physical security platforms. The role is largely office based in Newmarket, but some site work is required from time to time.
