The Role You Could Play
- We’re looking for a Store Operations Specialist to join our MECCA Newmarket team on a Full-Time 38 Hour contract.

Our store Operations Specialists are responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional in-store environment, enabling customers to self-serve for a seamless experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Keeping all stock managed and controlled-
- Ensuring shelves are replenished as needed and of a high standard-
- Managing and executing monthly Visual Merchandising (VM) and promotion set-ups-
- Ensuring store VM and appearance standards are met-
- Work closely with store leadership team to empower, train and develop the store teams performance on store operations tasks and proceduresWhat You Will Bring

Your energetic nature thrives in a team environment, contributing to our motivated and supportive team dynamics. As an Operations Specialist, you have a keen eye for detail and are easily able to multi-task and manage your time effectively.

Previous experience in visual merchandising, stock-control, and back-of-house operations in a retail environment is required.
